Resources for campaigns and interest groups
- To ensure prompt and complete communication, campaigns should register their details with the Minneapolis DFL. Our announcement emails to campaigns are taken from those form entries.
- To request a delegation roster under the DFL List and Roster policy, please use this form.
- Registration for campaigns reserving rooms or tables will begin at 9:30am. Registration for campaigns not reserving rooms or tables will begin at 10:30am. In both cases, campaign representatives should enter via the front door of the school.
- Rental of rooms and tables, slides, etc.
- Hospitality rooms: A limited number of classrooms will be available for campaigns seeking DFL endorsement, at $300 each. We expect rooms to be located to the left from the front door, that is, on the north half of the westernmost north-south hallway.
- Tables: We expect tables to be located in the east-west running hallway immediately north of the side of the auditorium, at $50 each.
- Interpretation sponsorship: We did not receive any requests for language interpretation at the convention, and interpreters were not used in SD63 precincts. So we have cancelled the interpreter arrangements, and will refund any donations made by campaigns for it.
- Slide card: Campaigns and groups may provide a slide shown from time to time in the auditorium before the convention and during breaks for $150.
- Combo package: All of the above, for $700 ($400 if interpretation service cancelled).
- Room and table reservations must be arranged in advance by email to chair at sd63dfl dot org, and payment is due before entering the room/table/slide. All exhibitors must have settled all balances due for previous Minneapolis Senate District conventions before convention day!
